Zonal Manager
The Zonal Manager (ZM) is responsible for appointing a District Coordinator (DC) for each of the three blocks in their district. The first task of each District Coordinator (DC) is to establish or rent an office and warehouse in their district, at their own expense. A commission and lifetime commission are provided for the district office for each file processed. The District Coordinator (DC) will then appoint Block Coordinators (BCs) in all their blocks. Each Block Coordinator (BC) is required to meet a minimum target of 10 files per month, with 5 files being mandatory; failure to meet this target will result in the Block Coordinator being deemed ineligible. Furthermore, the Zonal Manager (ZM) is responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring goods are prepared, and coordinating transportation with the District Coordinator. They must also ensure the company receives the best possible business. If the Zonal Manager does not contribute to project implementation, goods procurement, and transportation, they will not receive the lifetime or permanent income benefits. If they fail to fulfill their responsibilities, the company may terminate their employment without notice and replace them with someone else.
