Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will first be responsible for establishing or renting an office, the cost of which will be borne by them. They will receive a commission on every file and a permanent commission from the company. They will also be responsible for appointing a Zonal Manager (ZM) in each district, or in smaller districts, assigning one Zonal Manager to two districts. Each Zonal Manager will then appoint a District Coordinator (DC) for every three blocks within their district. The first task of each District Coordinator will be to establish or rent an office and warehouse in their district, the cost of which will be borne by them. A commission and lifetime commission will be provided for each file processed through the district office. The District Coordinator will then appoint Block Coordinators (BCs) in all their blocks. Each Block Coordinator will have a target of at least 10 files per month, of which completing 5 files will be mandatory; failure to meet this target will result in the Block Coordinator being deemed ineligible. Furthermore, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring goods are prepared, and coordinating transportation through the District Coordinators. They must also monitor these activities regularly and ensure the company receives the best business. If the Assistant General Manager (AGM) does not contribute to project implementation, goods procurement, and transportation, they will not receive the lifetime or permanent income benefits. If they fail to fulfill their responsibilities, the company may terminate their employment without notice and replace them with someone else.
