District Coordinator
The District Coordinator’s (DC) job is to first establish or rent an office and warehouse at their own expense. A commission and lifetime commission for the district office are provided for each file. They are also responsible for appointing Block Coordinators (BCs) in all their blocks and ensuring each Block Coordinator meets a monthly target of at least 10 files, with 5 files being mandatory. Failure to meet this target will result in disqualification. The District Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all of this regularly and ensuring the company receives the best business. Furthermore, they are responsible for securing projects, arranging for the production of goods, and ensuring the goods are picked up from the producers’ locations and delivered to the address provided by the company. Only then will the District Coordinator receive the benefit of a permanent income; otherwise, they will not. If they fail to fulfill their responsibilities, the company can terminate their employment without any prior notice and replace them with someone else.
